Browse the catalog, pick a game, and choose your dates, then add it to your cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout, fill in your details, choose pickup or delivery and a payment method, and send your request. Your booking is confirmed right away.

The deposit is fully refundable and simply protects against missing pieces or damage. As soon as the game comes back complete and in good condition, we return it in full within 24 hours.

We check every game before and after each rental. If something is missing or broken beyond normal wear, we’ll reach out directly to sort it out fairly (usually the cost of the missing piece or a partial deposit deduction, never a surprise charge).

Cash (pickup only), PromptPay, or Wise bank transfer. For PromptPay and Wise, you’ll need to upload or send proof of payment before we confirm your booking.

Both! Pickup is free. We’ll share the pickup point once your booking is confirmed. Delivery is handled via Grab Express, with the delivery fee paid directly to the rider. Delivery orders need to be paid in advance (cash isn’t available for delivery).

Rentals can run up to 7 days. If you need it longer, just message us. We’re happy to work something out if the game isn’t already booked by someone else.

Sure! You can add as many games as you like to your cart before checking out. You’ll get one combined total for rental and deposits, and one delivery/pickup arrangement for everything.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start date. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the total price (minus the deposit for each game)
