3. What Bored Games offers

Bored Games is a board game rental service based in Chiang Mai. We rent out board games for a daily fee plus a refundable security deposit, with pickup or delivery arranged directly with each customer. Bookings are currently confirmed manually (by email, LINE, or Facebook message). This website does not process automatic online payments.

4. Rental terms & deposit policy

Each game rental requires payment of the daily rate shown on its listing, plus a refundable security deposit (also shown per game). The deposit is returned in full once the game is returned complete and in the same condition it was rented in.

If a game is returned with missing pieces, damage beyond normal wear, or not returned at all, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the deposit to cover replacement or repair costs. We’ll always try to resolve this directly and fairly with the customer first.

Rental periods, pickup/delivery arrangements, and payment method are agreed directly between Bored Games and the customer at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental start date. Cancellations after that may forfeit part of the payment already made (minus the deposit)

6. Liability

Games are rented as-is. BoredGamesRental is not liable for any indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of a rented game. Customers are responsible for the game’s safekeeping for the duration of the rental period.

7. Intellectual property

Board game names, box art, and branding shown on this site remain the property of their respective publishers and are used here only to identify the games available for rental. Original text, photos of our own physical game copies, and site design are © 2026 BoredGamesRental unless otherwise noted.

8. Personal data

When you contact us or make a booking, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, phone number, email, and delivery address) solely to arrange and fulfil your rental. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, and we keep it only as long as needed to manage your booking and resolve any issues afterward.
